Indulge in a 4 course tasting menu this New Year’s Eve at The Maple in Cleeve, North Somerset. Served from 5pm onwards.

Expect big flavours, certain to delight the senses and celebrate both the season and our local suppliers. From the bright and fresh flavours of the rainbow trout gravlax served with smokey chorizo crumble, to the locally sourced venison loin served with vanilla infused celeriac puree. Each dish is carefully created to spotlight the best in local and seasonal produce we use in our restaurant, including our vegan alternative menu. Additionally, both our tasting menus are 100% gluten free or have a gluten free option!

Want to enhance the flavours of the food? There is an optional wine pairing for each course for £30pp on both menus. You don’t need to pre-order this, just let us know if you’d like to add it on when you dine with us!
