Busser/Kitchen Porter

We are looking for a Kitchen Porter to play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our restaurant kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep all kitchen work surfaces (counters, sinks, stoves, walls) clean and sanitised
  • Sweep and mop floors at the beginning and ending of shifts
  • Be ready to clean up spills to avoid hindering operations
  • Wash cookware, utensils and cutlery fast to keep them in rotation
  • Arrange equipment and ingredient deliveries
  • Keep the food and supply storage areas organised
  • Take out the garbage
  • Help with routine food prep tasks (such as peeling and chopping vegetables) when needed
  • Collaborate seamlessly with our kitchen and fellow team members to deliver a seamless and flawless service.
  • Clearing plates, glasses, napkins and used silverware from tables.
  • Setting tables for the next customers/service.

Pay: Age dependant, plus tips

Hours: Part-time (14-20hrs) & full-time (30-40hrs)
